The Granville County Democratic Party ("GCDP," "we," or "us") built the GranvilleBlue app as a free tool to connect Granville County residents with voting information, local candidates, and volunteer opportunities.

‍ ‍Information We Collect We collect information only when you actively provide it: - Volunteer Sign-Up: If you submit the volunteer form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and selected areas of interest.
- Push Notification Token: If you grant notification permission, we collect a device token to send updates about GCDP events and election reminders. You can revoke this at any time in your device settings.
- Vote Plan: Your voting date and time preference are stored locally on your device only and are never sent to our servers.

‍ ‍How We Use Your Information We use your information only to: - Contact volunteers about GCDP opportunities that match your interests.
- Send push notifications you have opted into. - Improve the app experience over time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.

Third-Party Services This app uses Supabase for secure database storage and Expo for push notification delivery. These services maintain their own privacy policies and security practices.

The app links to third-party websites including the NC State Board of Elections, ActBlue, Mobilize, and Constant Contact. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Your Choices - To request deletion of your volunteer information, email us at contact@gcncdp.org. - To disable push notifications, go to Settings on your device and turn off notifications for GranvilleBlue.
